Kavita Pawani has an illustrious background. Hailing from a business family, she holds an M. Sc in Chemistry and has an extensive and varied professional track record. Starting as a teacher, Kavita Parwani changed track and embarked on a marketing career. She had successful stints at Tupperware and Oriflame and was rewarded repeatedly for achieving and exceeding targets. Her ambition to reach greater heights drove her to start a modelling and advertising agency, Crizaze in Chennai. As a result of the dedicated work of Kavita and her team, Crizaze is now known to be one of the ten best and reputed modelling agencies in India. Her mission to expand and diversify led Kavita to start a new venture, Aelanz in Delhi, which focuses on complete media solutions from ad making to advertising, from brand promotions to celebrity management. It also has a strong and cost effective team for event management with many awards and recognitions.

With its distinct professionalism and industry, Aelanz is on a mission to change the entire panorama and landscape of modelling, celebrity management and event management to make it more expressive and purposeful. We have ten years of industry experience and have served and won laurels from big names like Mahindra, Mitsubishi, Naturals, Chennai Silks and Ikea, Sarvanan Stores, Jaychandran textiles, Hundai to name a few.

Vimal Hari is a Serial Entrepreneur holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Anna University.
He was working in India’s Top IT company Infosys Technologies but to pursue his passion he quit his job to start his own firm CRIZAZE which now holds a Guinness World Record & Asia Book of Records. He has won many awards including Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
He is also a member of Rotary International and through which he has done multiple Philanthropy activities.
